    Crossfit Core Ktown is a world class training centre nestled in the beautiful lake of the woods. Coaches blend caring and pursuit of excellence in perfect balance! Programing is solid and fun. Folks who train here are welcoming and friendly. Encourage both locals and visitors to give it a try!
